All customer orders are consolidated, quality-checked, and securely dispatched from our central logistics facility:

- All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing time may be extended to 3–5 business days during peak seasons or promotional events. You will be notified via email in such cases.

V. Shipping Carriers & Order Tracking
To ensure safe delivery, we partner with major global logistics networks including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and premium local postal services.
- Once your order is dispatched, a unique tracking number will be automatically sent to your email.
- You can track your parcel anytime through our website's dedicated "Track Order" page or via the carrier’s official network tracking hub.
VI. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Parcels
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and full recipient name are 100% accurate at checkout. We are not legally responsible for non-delivery or lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to our fulfillment hub due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the actual reshipping costs.
