Order & Returns

  • Shipping Time: 7 - 15 business days for US delivery.
  • Return Policy: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return Conditions: We accept returns for brand new and gently used items (including items in their original packaging, opened packaging, or items that have been slightly used).
  • Return Method: All returns must be sent back via mail/post.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% of the product price will be applied to all returns.
  • Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5 - 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
