Refund and Return Policy

Effective Date: April 16, 2026

Thank you for shopping at TroveBazaar (operated by Hunan Xuqi E-commerce Co., Ltd.). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with an item, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Return requests made after this 30-day window will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, we accept returns for brand new and gently used items. Please ensure:

  • The item is in its original packaging, opened packaging, or has been slightly used.

  • The item includes all original tags, labels, accessories, and free gifts whenever possible.

  • Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund if the item shows signs of heavy damage, abuse, or missing major parts that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene, customization, and safety reasons:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Personal care or hygiene products (once the safety seal is broken/used for body contact).

  • Digital downloads and Gift Cards.

  • Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale."

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at xuqiec@trovebazaar.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions and authorization.

  3. Ship the Item: Once authorized, send the item back to our Returns Center via mail/post using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the package, we will process your refund within 5 - 7 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, quality issue, or transit damage), we will bear all return shipping costs.

  • Personal Reasons: If the return is due to personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, any applicable import duties, and the restocking fee.

6. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 5% of the product price will be deducted from your total refund amount for all eligible returns.

7. Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the date we receive your returned item for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. (Note: The 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount).
