How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step Guide)

We want to make your return process as smooth and transparent as possible. If you need to return an eligible brand new or gently used item within 30 days of delivery, please follow these simple steps:


Step 1: Submit Your Return Request via Email

Do not ship items back without prior authorization. To initiate a return, please send an email to our support team at xuqiec@trovebazaar.com with the following details:

  • Your Order Number
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return (please attach clear photos or videos if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival).

Step 2: Get Return Authorization & Instructions

Our customer support team will review your request within 24 hours. Once your return is approved, we will reply with an official Return Authorization Email containing our dedicated shipping label instructions and specific packing guidelines.

Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Item

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (or opened packaging if gently used), ensuring all original tags, labels, and accessories are included.

  • Return Method: Take the package to your local post office or a reliable courier service to send it back via mail/post.
  • Tracking Number: You must use a trackable shipping method. Once shipped, email us the tracking number and carrier name so we can monitor your parcel.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund Processing

Once your returned package arrives at our hub, our warehouse team will inspect the items to verify their condition.

  • Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee of 5% of the product price will be deducted from your total refund amount for all eligible returns (except for cases involving faulty or incorrect items).
  • Refund Timeframe: Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional days to post the funds to your account.
