The following are only short notes on the Customer Service. Nothing contained in this page under Customer Service is contrary to our Terms of Use, Terms of sale, Privacy Policy, Abuse Report Action Policy, Returns and Refund Policy and sellers agreement (in the applicable case) published.  

Shipping & Delivery
Our shipper, in general, is Blue Dart Express P Ltd. However, a seller especially a seller from a country foreign to the user, may have any other shipper. All deliveries within India is free unless it is specifically mentioned in respect of certain products and the place of delivery. Delivery will be within 3-10 days depending on the geographical area which the point of delivery situated in. All International deliveries are charged actual shipping charged for e-commerce business deliveries. The customer should be aware of the customs duty chargeable for the product the customer gets from a country foreign to her/him. In any case, the status of the shipping process can be tracked by the users at any time by means of the tracking number that will be given to them by the seller.

Chiranjit International collects, use, save, and transfer Your personal information for the purposes listed below:

Chiranjit International assures You that it will treat your personal information digitally and as per the laws. However, the Website ( may contain links to different sites of intrigue. In any case, once You have utilized these links to leave the Website, You should take note of that we don't have any control over the other sites. Consequently, Chiranjit International can't be in charge of the assurance and protection of any data which You give while going to such locales and such destinations are not represented by this Privacy Policy. You should be alert and examine the privacy policy appropriate to the site being referred to.

We maintain all authority to reveal your data when required to do as such by law or control, or under any legitimate commitment or request under law or because of a demand from a law authorization or legislative office or legal, semi-legal or some other statutory or sacred expert or to build up or practice our lawful rights or guard against lawful cases.

We believe that the sellers list quality products and every care they take for the delivery of each product only after meticulous examination as agreed to in the Agreement entered into by Chiranjit International and the seller. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Replacements

Each seller has separate policies of the Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy which they make it known to the buyer on the link provided on the product description page. It is Buyer's responsibility to ensure that the minimum required standard norms that are given below are followed by the sellers.

Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Buyer shall reasonably ensure that the Product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. In general, the Buyer has 15 calendar days to return an item from the date the Buyer received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the condition that the seller wants (The Buyer can know it through the link provided by the seller in the product description page ).
The item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. However, in the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Buyer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Before ordering the user has the responsibility of confirming that she/he is sure about the product description, pricing, country of shipping, tax and duty, etc. A customer can view his orders on the Profile page. Any discrepancy can be referred to by email/Phone either to the seller direct or Chiranjit International if a reply is not given within a reasonable time. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions


Cancellation by Buyer: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. Seller reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Seller receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed, Seller may cancel the order and refund the entire amount to Buyer within a reasonable period of time. Seller will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed by the Seller. Buyer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Seller and accept Seller's decision regarding the cancellation.
The cancellation that is made in the same-day-delivery category of products shall not be entertained. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the offers on special occasions on coupons, special discounts, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. Refund/Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to our notice within 24 hours of receiving the product. Chiranjit International after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Cancellation by Seller:

There might be a request that Seller can't acknowledge and has the privilege to cancel either by the Seller specifically or Seller can advise Chiranjit International to cancel out such request. Vender saves the right, in its sole caution, to deny or scratch off any request for any reason at all. A few circumstances that may bring about Buyer's request being wiped out incorporate, without constraint, non-accessibility of the Product or amounts requested by Buyer or mistakes or blunders in estimating data. The Seller may likewise require extra confirmations or data before handling any request. All such cancellation should be with no response to Buyer and with no obligation to the Seller or to Chiranjit International.

In the event that Buyer's request is so cancelled off, after the payment has been prepared, the said sum will be turned around/dispatched to the Buyer either to the bank account given by the Buyer to such inversion, or to the payment instrument of the Buyer from which payment was made, or to any prepaid payment instrument record of the Buyer. Chiranjit International should have the sole circumspection to decide the method of inversion from the above choices. The above is the sole redress of the Buyer and the sole obligation of the Seller and sole duty of Chiranjit International for any cancellation of the buy order by the Seller or generally other than by the Buyer.

Any discrepancy can be referred to by email/Phone either to the seller direct or Chiranjit International if a reply is not given within a reasonable time.
Keeping the contact details by the users will be an added benefit to both the users and the sellers and the administrator of the marketplace. Users can update their contact details in their Profile pages.
